Shri N. Sivanand, Joint Secretary, Department of Heavy Industry, Ministry of Heavy Industry & Public Enterprises, Government of India visits REIL

 

 

Shri N. Sivanand, Joint Secretary, Department of Heavy Industry, Ministry of Heavy Industry & Public Enterprises, Government of India, visited REIL premises. Shri A.K. Jain, Managing Director, REIL welcomed the Hon’ble Joint Secretary and apprised him of the  products of the Company; Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Research & Development and Information Technology activities; and operations of the Company in the areas of Electronics, Renewable Energy  and Information Technology Sector.

 

Joint Secretary saw the demonstration of products manufactured by Company, for the dairy sector, such as Electronics Milk Tester, Automatic Milk Collection Station, Ultra Sonic Milk Analyzer, Solar Energy, Dairy and Information Technology based applications. He took interest in the technologies used, products and their applications and the scale of product deployment in the country. 

 

Joint Secretary acknowledged the work done by the Company, especially in the area of SPV based Renewable Energy, and observed that there products are useful in providing impetus to the Social and Economic Development of our country. Hon’ble Joint Secretary on the significance of solar energy based applications and gave suggestions for the development of new applications while assuring full support from the government. He also suggested that REIL may further augment their sales and services network in rural areas to facilitate them in buying the products of REIL and benefit from them leading to a rise in business. Plantation in the company was also done by him.

 

On this occasion Managing Director Shri A.K. Jain thanked Hon’ble Joint Secretary for the visit and assured him that REIL shall, with the hard work, sincerity, and team spirit of its employee, work to fulfill the given target under the guidance and cooperation of the Government of India, and the State Government, and patronage of customers. The Company shall continue in its efforts for sustained growth to meet the assigned targets, given from time to time.
