Rajasthan Electronics & Instruments Limited (REIL) and Safety Professionals Association of India (SPAI), Jaipur signed a Memorandum of understanding (MoU) to develop Skills and Training Center in REIL for human life safety, environmental management, fire safety, disaster. This Memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed by Additional General Manager, Mr. Sanjeev Kumar and National President of SPAI, Mr. A.K. Singh in the presence of Managing Director, REIL, Dr. A.K. Jain. On this occasion, the Executive Director REIL, Mr. Piyush Paliwal, General Manager Mr. Rakesh Chopra and Mr. R.K. Gupta were also present.

There is a need of approximately five lac (05 lac) qualified security professionals and disaster management in industry and commercial organizations in view of the increasing arson incidents in various institutions. Workshops for skill development and other training will be organized at the Company's new building, Information Technology, Education, Training, Research and Development and Development Center "REIL House" Shipra Path, Mansarovar, Jaipur. Courses related to important issues like human life safety, environmental management, fire safety, disaster and emergency management, road safety, health and food security and related audits etc. courses focused by the State and Central Government.

Managing Director, REIL, Dr. A.K. Jain said that, safety awareness in the industry, capacity building for security in the organization, benefits of security measures and information regarding disaster management is the need of hour. He also informed that, REIL has various training courses and awareness in collaboration with approved agency of technical experts in this field. The “REIL House” has the basic facilities for appropriate training to start the program. Such training and workshops will be useful for the safety of industry and commercial organizations
