एम्प्लायर्स एसोसिएशन ऑफ राजस्थान द्वारा लगातार पाँचवें वर्ष में राजस्थान इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स एण्ड इन्स्ट्रूमेन्ट्स लिमिटेड, (रील) जयपुर को "बेस्ट एम्प्लायर अवार्ड’’ दिया गया। यह अवार्ड रील को वर्ष 2012 के लिए दिया गया है। बेस्ट एम्प्लायर अवार्ड रील को मध्यम वर्ग में अपने कर्मचारियों के साथ गत 32 वर्षों से लगातार सतत् प्रगति करने के साथ-साथ, मधुर औद्योगिक संबंध बनाये रखने, उच्च स्तर की स्वास्थ्य एवं सुरक्षा नीतियों के निष्पादन व कर्मचारियों की शिकायतों को प्राथमिकता देने की नीति को देखते हुए दिया गया है।

माननीय श्री राजेन्द्र सिंह राठौड़, चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य मंत्री, राजस्थान सरकार द्वारा दिनांक 11 जनवरी, 2014 को आयोजित एक भव्य समारोह में यह अवार्ड रील के प्रबन्ध निदेशक श्री ए.के. जैन को प्रदान किया गया।

इस अवसर पर श्री जैन ने बताया कि रील जो कि भारत सरकार एवं राजस्थान सरकार का एक संयुक्त उपक्रम है, गत 32 वर्षों से इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मिल्क टेस्टिंग एवं सौर उर्जा चलित विभिन्न उपकरणों के उत्पादन, सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी द्वारा राज्य एवं राष्ट्र के समग्र उत्थान में अपना महत्वपूर्ण योगदान कर रहा है।

श्री जैन ने बताया कि रील का सतत् रूप से व्यापार बढ़ाने का मुख्य जरिया ग्राहक संतुष्टि है, जिसमें भारतवर्ष के तकरीबन सभी राज्यों में कार्यरत कर्मचारियों का बहुत बड़ा योगदान है। जिसके फलस्वरूप हम, न सिर्फ आपसी सदभाव कायम किये हुए हैं, बल्कि दूर दराज के क्षेत्रों मे भी सफलतापूर्वक व्यवसाय कर पा रहे हैं।

इस अवसर पर प्रबन्ध निदेशक श्री ए.के. जैन ने एम्प्लायर्स एसोसिएशन ऑफ राजस्थान को भी उनके द्वारा राजस्थान में अच्छे औद्योगिक वातारण को बढ़ावा देने के लिए किये जा रहे प्रयासों की सराहना की। साथ ही इस पुरस्कार के लिए रील के अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों को बधाई दी।

Employers’ Association of Rajasthan awarded “Best Employer Award–2012” to Rajasthan Electronics & Instruments Limited (REIL) in the Medium Scale Industries Category continuously for 05th year in the series. REIL has been considered for this award in medium scale industries category for its sustained growth for last 32 years along with its good Industrial Relations with the employees, Health & Safety Policy and effective Employees’ Grievance Redressal Policy.

Hon’ble Minister of Medical & Health, Government of Rajasthan Shri Rajendra Singh Rathore awarded this prestigious award to the Managing Director REIL, Shri A.K. Jain in a function held on 11 January, 2014.

On this occasion Shri A.K. Jain stated that REIL is a Joint Venture of Government of India and Government of Rajasthan and for the last 32 years, is contributing towards the development of the State & the Nation by manufacturing Electronic Milk Testing machine & equipments powered with solar energy.

Shri Jain said that customer satisfaction is the prime focus, of sustained growth of REIL, in which employees deployed in all states across the country contributed substantially. REIL is not only maintaining the cordial relations with the employees, but executing business successfully, as well.

REIL is continuously stepping ahead on the path of success due to the dedicated efforts, team work & transparency in work by its employees.

He said that Company is committed to enforce employees’ Social Security, Health and Labour Welfare Policies. Company remains inclined for the prosperity and development of its employees. Company’s progressive track record is due to good industrial relations and positive environment, also due to the Skill Development, Multi-tasking & motivational policies adopted by the company, employees are always ready to work with honesty & accountability.
