राजस्थान इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स एण्ड इन्स्ट्रूमेन्ट्स लिमिटेड, (रील) जयपुर को नई दिल्ली में 14 दिसम्बर 2015 को इंडिया टूडे ग्रुप द्वारा आयोजित समारोह मे मिनि रत्न श्रेणी में "बेस्ट पीएसयू अवार्ड इन आर एण्ड डी इनोवेशन-2015" से सम्मानित किया गया। यह पुरस्कार माननीय श्री रवि शंकर प्रसाद, संचार एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्री, भारत सरकार एवं माननीय श्री पीयूष गोयल, विद्युत, कोयला, नवीन एव नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा मंत्री, (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) भारत सरकार द्वारा रील के प्रबन्ध निदेशक श्री ए.के. जैन को दिया गया। इंडिया टूडे ग्रुप द्वारा द्वितीय संस्करण के उपलक्ष मे आयोजित समारोह मे लगातार दूसरे वर्ष रील को यह प्रतिष्ठित पुरस्कार दिया गया। यह पुरस्कार इंडिया टूडे ग्रुप द्वारा सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रमों को देश के आर्थिक, आद्यौगिक और सामाजिक विकास में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान के लिए दिये जाते हैं।

इस अवसर पर प्रबन्ध निदेशक श्री ए.के. जैन ने कम्पनी द्वारा ‘इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स, ऊर्जा एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी समाधानो के माध्यम से ग्रामीण भारत का विनिर्माण’की प्रतिबद्वता को दोहराया। कम्पनी अपनी नवीनता, विकास हेतु अभिनव परिर्वतन बड़े पैमाने पर समाज के कल्याण पर जोर देती है। कम्पनी के पास भारत सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त अनुसंधान एवं विकास केन्द्र है, जिसमें कम्पनी उत्पादो एवं सेवाओं मे सतत् विकास और सुधार हेतु कार्य किया जाता है। कम्पनी द्वारा विगत वर्षो में अपने अनुसंधान एवं विकास केन्द्र और भारत सरकार के अनुसंधान एवं विकास केन्द्रों के साथ मिलकर विभिन्न उत्पादों जैसे कि डाटा प्रोसेसर यूनिट, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मिल्क अडल्ट्रेशन टेस्टर, आटो इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मिल्क टेस्टर, सोलर ऑटो ट्रेकर इत्यादि का विकास किया। इन उत्पादों ने ग्राहको में आशा का संचार किया है और रील को डेयरी उद्योग में एक ब्राण्ड के रूप मे स्थापित किया है। साथ ही इन नवीन उत्पादों का कम्पनी के उत्पादन एवं कारोबार में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान रहा है।

श्री ए.के.जैन, प्रबन्ध निदेशक, रील ने इस पुरस्कार हेतु रील के चयन के लिए आयोजकों और जूरी को धन्यवाद दिया। श्री जैन ने भारी उद्योग और लोक उद्यम मंत्रालय, भारी उद्योग विभाग, भारत सरकार एवं राजस्थान सरकार के समर्थन एवं मार्गदर्शन का आभार व्यक्त किया।

इस प्रतिष्ठित पुरस्कार के लिए श्री जैन ने रील के कर्मचारियों को बधाई दी और आश्वासन दिया कि कम्पनी ग्रामीण उपभोक्ताओं के सामाजिक और आर्थिक विकास के लिए नए और अभिनव इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स, अक्षय ऊर्जा एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी आधारित समाधान और सेवाओं में निरन्तरता बनाये रखेगी।

Rajasthan Electronics & Instruments Limited (REIL), Jaipur conferred with India Today “Best PSU Award in R&D Innovation-2015” in MINIRATNA category in the ceremony held on December 15, 2015 at New Delhi. The award was presented to Shri A. K. Jain, Managing Director, REIL by Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad, Hon’ble Union Minister of Information Technology, Government of India and Shri Piyush Goel, Hon’ble Union Minister of State (I/C) for Power,Coal and New & Renewable Energy, Government of India. REIL has been awarded 2nd time in the series in the second edition ceremony of this award organized by India Today Group. The prestigious award has been instituted by the India Today Group to recognize the contribution of Public Sector Enterprises in the economic, industrial and social growth of the country.

On this occasion the Managing Director, Shri A.K. Jain reiterated the commitment of the Company for “Shaping Rural India through Electronics, Renewable Energy and IT Solutions”. The Company puts emphasis on Innovation, and recognizes the same as a key to growth of the Organization and welfare of the society at large. The Company has a Government of India recognized R&D Center which works on continuous development & improvement of its products & services. The Company launched various products like Data Processor Unit, Electronic Milk Adulteration Tester, Auto Electronic Milk Tester, Solar Auto Tracker etc. through in-house R&D efforts and working jointly with Government of India’s R&D centers in the preceding years. These products have been delivering to the expectation of esteemed customers and established REIL as a brand in the industry. These innovations have helped the organization in vertical integration by significant contribution in manufacturing activities.

Shri A.K. Jain, Managing Director, REIL, thanked the organizers and the Jury, for selecting REIL for this award. He also acknowledged the support and guidance of Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises, Department of Heavy Industry, Government of India and Government of Rajasthan.
