In recognition of efforts to transform and restructure HR processes, Shri Rakesh Chopra, MD, REIL has been conferred with the ‘CEO WITH HR ORIENTATION’ award by the CHRO Asia during Rajasthan Leadership Awards held at Radisson Blu Jaipur on 22.06.2022. The Awards were presented in different categories to Industrialists, Hoteliers, Educationist, Technocrats etc. in organizational as well as personal capacities.

During thanks giving speech, MD briefed about the REIL business areas and diversifications, and also shared how things were managed during COVID scenario with revamping of HR processes and policies at REIL.
